"Wir haben letzte Woche eine Nacht in der Unterkunft am Bach zugebracht. Das Zimmer ist im 50er/60er-Jahre-Stil eingerichtet. Die Zeit scheint hier dtehengeblieben zu sein, zumindest mit den Investitionen. Das Zimmer roch sehr muffig. Die Betten/Bettwäsche waren feucht und musste ausgetauscht werden, da sich alles sehr unangenehm auf der Haut angefühlt hat. Sorry, aber das kann man heute nicht mehr zur Unterkunft anbieten. Zum Glück waren wir nur auf der Durchfahrt.

"The automated check in procedure is a mess.
The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message.
This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid.
If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer.
The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. "

"A genuine shock - I managed to find this room available during a very busy time in Cologne (Gamescom). It was very well located and well-priced. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was quiet and clean, with aircon and amenities. A very comfortable stay."
