"Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in den Weinbergen. Man kann von hier zu Fuß die bekannten Trulli besuchen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das einzige, was ich erwähnen möchte ist, dass es sich um ein veganes Hotel handelt. Das ist auf den ersten Blick nicht ersichtlich und war für uns überraschend. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen war ausschließlich vegan verfügbar. Es hat uns aber sehr gut geschmeckt."

"I just checked out just now. 11 was the check out time and the cleaners of the room knocked at about 10:30 just to remind me of the check out. Then I said i will finish preparing and 5 times they knocked the door. They are very unprofessional and unfriendly and disrespectful. They are talking in there language. The cleaning staff very poor service. Or atleast they need training."

"Everything is is described and nearly perfect. Bathrooms are only shared between two rooms, so they are clean and accessible and almost any time. The rooms are clean and cute, just want you would expect in such a quaint Bavarian hotel. It has easy parking and is walking distance from Altstadt."
