THINGS TO KNOW
- Pool heating is $75/day ($300 minimum), pool is deep with max of 84 degrees in the winter
- No charge to heat the spa & only the pool or spa can be heated at a time
- Dogs can not be left home alone if they will bark and disturb our neighbors
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

Young children and pets should not be left unattended; The pool area is fenced but the rest of the yard has steep surrounding terrain; NO SMOKING any where on the property; Voices carry at night from our hilltop so please bring all conversations inside by 10:00PM. No parties.
