"Clean and quiet room."

"Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal. "

"The Prince of Wales has bus-stops immediately outside the building and it is located opposite the entrance to Osborne House. Although the price was crazy expensive at £450 per night for a basic hotel room and breakfast, at the time we booked we couldn't find anything cheaper that was as close to the train and bus station. (It's an easy walk through the historic center, past inviting shops and restaurants.) The "annex" rooms are around the corner from the main in and pub, and the separation was no problem. The area felt...
