"The location of these little cottages is unbeatable. It was super quaint and cute! Has everything you’d need for a weekend getaway for 2. I would NOT try sleeping on the front “sofa” - it was super hard. Definitely a pet friendly unit and smelled a bit like dog pee. We wished the gas fireplace was working but it they had just put a small electric on in front of the gas one, which was still okay. Overall, a decently cheap place to stay for a few nights. "The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. "We are already talking about when we can return to Livermore cottage. Cape Arch is breath taking and the cottage is the perfect place to take a break from the world. The views of the ocean from the livingroom, the record player, board games, piano, comfy beds and a hosts who are clearly incredibly organized and thoughtful have included everything for your stay. This house feels loved and we felt so lucky to get to stay in it. "
