"One of our favorite family rentals ever! The house was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and stocked with everything we needed — from coffee and toys to beach gear. "We stayed here with our daughter, her husband and 2 kids. It was so nice! The house was so clean and quiet and had everything we needed and more. We loved that there were beach toys, chairs, towels and a wagon for us to use. The ping pong table was a real plus for the kids who can now hit the ball back and forth more than once! We loved staying here and enjoying Seaside."

"The home was built in 1908 and has extensive charm, was very clean for being over 100 years old and has beach nostalgia. We did not use the mother in law home behind the main home. The main home has two bedrooms with one having two twin beds, one of the beds needs to be replaced. The primary bedroom in the main house had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom in the main house is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs. We have a 4 and a 6 year old and found it to work okay for us but I would...
