All Decked Out is a "gem" of a home located in the amazing town of Gearhart on the Northern Coast of Oregon. Located near Seaside and Astoria.

Create lasting lifetime memories of enjoyable moments walking through the sand dunes, feeling the cool coastal breeze and sand on your feet at Little Beach. Soak and relax in the hot tub and gather around the fire pit for some warmth and smores. Kids and adults love playing ping-pong and foosball. Ride bikes, go crabbing in the estuary or clamming on the shores, take a stroll through the town and on the white sandy beaches.

House Information:
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen where you can enjoy cooking meals for your loved ones, making morning coffee that you can enjoy on the outdoor deck, fully stocked for 8 people.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor:
Master Bedroom includes a king bed.
Second Bedroom has a queen bed
2nd Floor:
1st bedroom has a queen bed
Bonus room has 2 twin beds, a sitting area, and foosball table. A great room that the little ones enjoy.

We include a pack-n-play, high chair and baby gate for your little ones.

Bathrooms:
1st Floor: includes a full bathroom with walk in shower.
2nd Floor: includes a full bathroom with shower and tub combo.

House Activities:
All Decked Out is just that! Decked out for your family to enjoy a great vacation on the coast. Bicycles, foosball table, ping-pong, clam guns and shovels, crab nets, beach toys are furnished for all those fun coastal activities that families enjoy.
The hot tub is an added bonus and provides much-needed relaxation after long days of exploring the coast.
Gather around the outdoor fire-pit for smore making and hot chocolate!

Host and communication was great! Very polite and accomidating. The location was very nice- quiet.. dead end road and then cool trail that leads to the Little Beach. Hot Tub was Clean and Warm- Lots of Firewood for the beautiful Fire Pit. House is dated and needs some moderization. Noises in the houses carry as well. You can hear voices through the walls and the ceiling/floor. Advised Host that home needs a deep clean and they stated they would address. Overall, nice location. Probably would stay again with family- but not a girls' weekend due to limited parkinig. Parking at any rental on the Oregan coast has limited parking due to city regulations.

We absolutely love this rental home. The location is perfect, just five minutes from Seaside and tucked in a quieter, more peaceful stretch of beach that’s only a short walk away. The house itself is clean, cozy, well stocked and incredibly comfortable. Our dogs love the fully fenced yard, and we appreciate how truly dog‑friendly the space is.The hot tub is another highlight: easy to access, spotless, and always at the perfect temperature after a day on the coast.Our family visits the Oregon Coast once or twice a year, and this is the home we keep coming back to. It’s become our go‑to spot, and every stay reminds us why.

The house was clean and plenty of space for 7 of us. The kids loved the twin bed room with foosball and their own tv for winding down at night. The spacious yard was a hit for the humans and four legged friends we brought with us. It’s a beautiful home that is close to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay. Hosts were extremely friendly with good communication, place was extremely clean and well put together perfect for a large family stay. We made good use of everything from ping pong, hot tub, foosball table, games, fire pit. Safe place to let our famil dog roam free and enjoy herself as well.

Really great house! Loved it. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our two 60lb dogs. Hot tub was clean and very hot (which is what you want). The house itself was very clean and had all the amenities you could want. The ping pong table and foosball table was super fun for our family. It was walking distance to the estuary and beach, and less than ten minutes to Seaside, OR. Hosts were friendly and responsive. You have to do a phone call with the hosts once you get there which was less than 5min long and they just explained additional lockbox codes, beach access directions and where house info is located inside the house. Overall, really enjoyed staying here and will stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at this VRBO property. We appreciated that the instructions were well laid out for us. Also loved that the hot tub was well cared for and ready to go. One of the two coffee makers was broken but the owner responded to our inquiry about it, not a big deal as things happen. There was quite a bit of landscaping noise and construction in the neighborhood starting right at 8 but that’s staying in a neighborhood for you, obviously the owners can’t control that. Thanks for the nice stay!

Our group of 8 (plus one pup) had an amazing stay at this property! The house was very clean, comfy, and stocked with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our crew, and the outdoor space was a big win. We made good use of the ping pong and foosball tables, corn hole boards and hot tub. We loved that the beach was just a short, easy walk away. Highly recommend this home!!

Amazing Property

The house is great. Everything that is described is exactly in the listing. It is a quaint little neighborhood with easy access to the Little beach. Awesome location to visit multiple places. Property has great cleanliness. Will hope to be back next year. Malia was an amazing host and answered any questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Birthday weekend for my Neice's 14th birthday

We appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the home. Be warned- bring your own coffee as there are 2 coffee makers but no coffee provided like other vacation rentals. We struggled with the lock on the hot tub the first night (push together then pull apart to open after inputting the code) so we lost a night of hot tubbing which was disappointing as its one of the major advertisements for the house. Upstairs bathrrom shower hot and cold are mislabled and the shower curtain fell in my daughters head. We loved the proximity to town, lots of trails and beach to explore with our pup. The bikes were a big hit and loved the secure fenced in yard. We made memories of a lifetime and enjoyed our stay.

What a great house! Very clean with lots of extras. Hot tub, Ping Pong, fire pit, bikes, beach toys and shell fishing gear. 5min walk to the water. The whole family had a blast!!

The House was Perfect

The house had everything we needed. It was clean and well furnished. The outside deck was spacious and comfortable. The yard was wonderful for the dogs. Walking to the bay and beach was easy and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again ~ thank you Malia!

Perfect for a family getaway!

We rented this house for a few days with family at the coast. The property was fantastic with plenty of room to run and play in the yard and fun amenities. The house was very clean and well set up for visitors. Loved the labels all over and straight forward instructions. The owners were great to work with! We would definitely stay here again!
