"Excellent. All was as stated. Loved the hot tub! Owner aware of the bocce ball court situation and will work on it and the back yard. *Remote controls do not work but not a big deal. Roku fire phone app worked. Connect with 5G wifi network in order to connect with TV in living room."

"The host was extremely responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house was spotless and stocked with all of the essentials. The grill and charcoal was an awesome bonus. Never had an issue with finding street parking but the added garage was a nice plus. 4 adults all had their own areas and she living room was set up well for movies and hanging out"
