Welcome to Sunset Shores, a thoughtfully curated riverfront retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable stays in the Twin Cities. This listing provides exclusive access to the main level of the home, which includes all of the spaces shown and described below.

Please note: The lower-level bedrooms are locked and reserved only for guests who book our separate whole-house listing. Only one group is ever booked at the property at a time, so you’ll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay—no shared spaces and no other guests on-site.

Enjoy our newly renovated kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances that make cooking a breeze. Whether you’re preparing a gourmet meal or brewing your morning coffee, the space is fully stocked with everything you need, plus complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks to get your day started.

We prioritize rest and relaxation with Tuft & Needle king mattresses, cozy bedding, and a spa-like soaking tub perfect for unwinding. A granola and oatmeal bar is also provided to fuel your adventures.

The spacious living room overlooks the Mississippi River and invites you to slow down and settle in. Curl up by the wood-burning fireplace, spin a vinyl record, or enjoy a good book while taking in the views. Prior to your arrival, the home is professionally cleaned, and all linens, quilts, and towels are freshly laundered with unscented detergent after each stay.

When it’s time to rest, retreat to one of two beautifully appointed bedrooms—each designed as a tranquil oasis. Every bedroom includes comfortable pillows, a sound machine, diffuser, fan, and extra blanket for a restful night’s sleep.

Step onto the three-season porch to enjoy sweeping river views, a puzzle table, and a foosball table—perfect for relaxed mornings or cozy evenings in.
Throughout your stay, you’ll enjoy a host of thoughtful amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of toilet paper—so you can travel light and settle in with ease.

A gas grill (with an extra propane tank) is available May through October, making it easy to enjoy meals outside. Ed Wilmes Park is just one block away and features a playground and basketball hoop. Basketballs are provided for your use.

Parking is available for up to four vehicles (with a garage that can fit two vehicles).
