"My stay here was excellent. Communication with the host more than 1 month out asking if we can check in early and he did allow us to, which helped with the plans we had in town after our 9 hour drive.Check in took 30 seconds, the property was clean, and our only (yet small) complaint is the assumption that we would have a bit more overall space, but it was still adequate for our group of tight-knit friends.I would highly recommend staying here and especially so for the price, this was an...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this rental in the MSP metro. The house is really cool, and perfectly stocked with the items we needed for the weekend. The backyard is spacious and great for our dog to get outside and enjoy the day. We appreciated the tranquility of the area and would like to stay here again. The host's communication and response to a request were top notch and prompt."

"We were very impressed with both the home and the prompt attention that was given when an issue was raised. We had arrived quite late to check in and discovered in the morning that the toilet wasn't working. As there was only one bathroom in the home, it had the potential to become a problem. Shae jumped on the issue and the problem was corrected by the time we returned later that afternoon. "Steven and Katie have wonderful hospitality. They were quick to ask if I needed any additional things to make my stay better. Upon arrival the space was clean, quiet and safe. The yard was lush, teeming with birds and very calming. The skylight window above the bed brought me so much comfort. There's a beautiful park with a large pond and lots of trees about 20 minutes away, which is great if you're traveling with active dogs.
