"The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room. I understand you may not want people to eat and drink in there, but they will anyway….and they do, by the look of...

"It was a nice house, not far from the interstate, which made it very accessible to anything you want to do in the Quad cities. Very comfortable living rooms for sitting around and chatting, well stocked kitchen. Three good size bedrooms, the beds and pillows could use some updating, as they were a a bit old and uncomfortable."
