Living Room + Sunroom The living room welcomes you with a warm blend of history and comfort. Relax into the comfy leather couch or recliner, perfect for cozy movie nights on the smart TV. Right off the living room is one room to highlight-- our cozy sunroom, transformed into a library-style retreat. Here you’ll find the mission desk surrounded by books, soft light, and comfortable seating — perfect for journaling, working, or losing yourself in a novel.
Kitchen Enjoy cooking and gathering in the newly renovated kitchen, featuring all-new cabinets with ample storage and sleek stainless steel appliances. A large sink and gas stove with oven make meal prep easy, while thoughtful extras like a coffee pot, Keurig with coffee & tea provided, blender, Instant Pot, toaster, and brand-new pots and pans ensure you have everything you need. Complete with wine glasses for evenings in and grilling utensils available for the outdoor grill. Enjoy the convenience of a half bathroom attached to the kitchen and main floor.

**Reservations booked before April 15, 2026 include a $150 damage protection hold. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.
**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $50–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature. All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

HOUSE OPERATION QR codes, local recommendations, and additional house instructions are provided in the Guestbook located throughout the home for helpful instruction.
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TVs are Smart TVs. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable through Roku TV live cable.
We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches.
This is a no-smoking property. You will be charged a large fee remediation cost if there is evidence of smoking in the property or damage to any furnishings outdoors due to smoking.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. The houses in our neighborhood are all private property. Please do not trespass on our neighbors lawns for any reason. If you would like some extra space we are only a short walk to the Mississippi River Trail and River Heritage Park.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Goods` website.
Please remove all shoes when entering the home. We have a shoe mat to the left of the entry door upon arrival for your convenience. Please do not wear shoes upstairs. Please do not run or walk in socks on hard surfaces for your own safety.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair. The downstairs fans have a summer and winter rotation to lift air up or keep heat down. Feel free to adjust this with the remote as needed.
TRASH Trash pickup is every Wednesday. Recycling pickup is every other Wednesday. All trash must be bagged and placed in the correct bin. Please bring the cans to the alley behind the house for pickup if you have an extended stay.
If you have excess trash please place it next to the garage and notify the host team and we will have someone pick it up. Please respect our home as you would your own, thank you!
NO PET POLICY Pets are not allowed at this property. If any pet damage or excess cleaning is observed then we fill charge a fine and you could risk getting permanently removed from your rental app service fee.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS As you check out, please know these steps are completely optional—it’s your vacation, and we want you to relax and enjoy your time with us! That said, any help is truly appreciated!
No need to start the laundry! We professionally launder all linens including comforters and blankets. If you could please place used towels, sheets, and pillowcases on the laundry room floor helps our cleaners avoid unnecessary laundry. Please do not remove the bamboo mattress and pillow zipper protectors.
Please scrap food waste into the trash. If you could load and start the dishwash this helps a ton!
Please lock up when you leave, and if you head out early, letting us know allows our cleaners to start sooner.
