Piorou muito a qualidade, os quartos estao sujos e cheiram mal, telefone nao funciona, aquecedor antigo sem regulagem de temperatura, colchão velho macio demais e com buraco no meio, atendimento horrivel as pessoas na front desk nao querem trabalhar e nao ajudam em nada. para piorar um dos elevadores estava com defeito e parado no 4o andar sem conseguir descer, e ao invés de deixar ele parado e desligado deixavam ligado e abrindo e fechando a porta, o que tornava impossivel...
