* If you’re unable to meet the standard check-in window, you may request approval for extended check-in hours between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Please note that this requires prior approval and must be arranged before confirming these extended hours.
* Hosted check-ins are mandatory and must occur within the specified timeframe. If you’re unable to accommodate the available check-in times, we kindly recommend adjusting your reservation to begin the following day. This ensures everything is properly set up and ready for your arrival.

Parking is available for free at this home. This house has a parking pad at the back of the home and out front street parking which is available on a first come, first serve basis.

The theatre is temporarily unavailable and is not included in the listing. However, we're excited to share that new theatre equipment is currently on order to enhance your stay with us!

All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

This is a beautiful property with a lot of space for a large group to stay together. There are multiple outdoor and indoor gathering spaces, a large kitchen for shared meal prep, and a large dining room table for family dinners.We enjoyed access to the river valley and the wonderful green space in the neighborhood is beautiful for walking/running.
