Edgemont is a beautiful ravine community located in west Edmonton.
Located within the community are playgrounds making it an ideal place for families with children. There is a vast network of walking trails, perfect for hiking and exploring. It’s also a great place to see wildlife, including deer, rabbits and birds.
Edgemont is located close to several shopping centres, making it easy to find everything you need. Shopping centres in the area include: West Edmonton Mall, Currents of Windermere and Costco!
Getting around from our home in Edgemont is a breeze! With the Anthony Henday just minutes away, you'll have quick and easy access to all the best destinations in and around Edmonton. Whether you're headed to the office, exploring the city's attractions, or just running errands, you'll find it simple and convenient to get where you need to go.
Additionally, there are plenty of public transportation options available from Edmonton Transit Service (ETS), Taxis, Uber and if you’re feeling adventurous try an electric scooter from Lime or Bird.
So no matter how you choose to get around, our location in Edgemont makes it effortless to see and do all that Edmonton has to offer!
⭑HOST INITIATED VERIFICATION⭑
We are an API-connected software host, which means that in accordance with Airbnb’s terms of service, we are permitted to implement “offline fees” to collect a security deposit outside of the Airbnb platform. All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
⭑SECURITY DEPOSIT⭑
A security deposit of $500 CAD will be collected prior to check-in. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay).
A signed short-term rental agreement along with a valid ID is also required prior to your stay.
⭑LOST & FOUND⭑
Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then either donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of forgotten items will incur a fee.
⭑MAIL & PARCELS⭑
This property does not include mailbox access. Please do not use the address for mail delivery. For postal needs, consider renting a P.O. box at a local post office. For parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are unable to retrieve or manage mail or packages for guests.
⭑CANCELLATIONS⭑
We adhere to our posted cancellation policy. Please read and understand this policy before booking. To protect yourself from non-refundable last-minute cancellations, consider purchasing travel insurance for the desired level of protection.
⭑RESPECT OUR PROPERTY⭑
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no on-site staff 24/7.
Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
★ This is a NON-PARTY home. If we discover an
unauthorized party / event happening at the
property the booking will be immediately cancelled
and no refunds shall be given.
★ Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that
record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with
in any way during your reservation your booking may
be immediately cancelled with no refund given on
the booking amount or the security deposit.
★ Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, and incense
are strictly prohibited in the property.
★ Glitter, confetti, and streamers are not permitted on
the property.
★ Please return the garage door opener - a $150 fee
will be charged if needed to be replaced.
★ All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any
additional guests that arrive without permission will
be vacated off the property for trespassing. Any
unregistered guests will be charged a $50 additional
guest fee per person.
★ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house
is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out
procedures prior to departure.
★ If the property is not vacated by 10 AM, a late
check-out fee of $50 will be applied for each
additional 30 minutes.
★ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for
immediate termination and removal from the
property without a refund from Benaiah Security
Ltd. who acts as an agent of the property.
