"I don't recall it being mentioned in the ad itself but there is a family living in the house right above the suite and their child(ren?) were very active in the morning. Starting at about 9:30 AM on both days we were there, we heard the kid(s) very, very loudly running, stomping, and crying, and it continued for at least an hour. I know that's not normally early morning but it sucked for us on our vacation because it woke us up both days. Luckily we were out of the suite for most of the day...

"A great space for a private stay. Arman was great with communication. I made a change to the booking before I arrived, and he made the process efficient and accommodating. I also added a night after what I had booked for, and he was very quick to work everything out so I could adjust. The neighbourhood felt very safe, the place was spotless and well equipped. "The property was great, very clean and spacious. Hosts were great and helpful with everything we needed. The only downsides are the very small garage ( we rented a Mazda CX-70 and had to park touching the far wall to fit) and the neighborhood. We walked to the Oilers stadium and to the Royal Alberta museum, but didn’t feel super safe walking around after dark. "

"We really appriciated staying in this town house. I am giving a 4 star raiting because of a few things but nothing that was "bad". The house shakes a lot when a truck passes in front. You really feel it on the second floor. It feels like an actual tremor. Looks like after 8 pm theres not a lot of them and while this was weird, it did not cause any issues while sleeping. In the kitchen, there was no plastique wrap and no aliminium foil. There was also only 4 plates. Since we where 5, that was an...
