You have full and total access of the suite, as advertised, during your stay. Our home has a self check-in electronic lock with keyless entry, so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.
We do not live on site, therefore, while we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, we may not always know if something is missing or damaged. If you notice anything missing or in need of repair, please let us know so we can make things right.

Edmonton is a driving city, so having your own transport is recommended, however, several options exist for those that do not have a personal vehicle.
✦ BUS/LRT: Convenient bus routes connect you to Edmonton’s Bus (ETS) & train (LRT) system, making it easy to explore the city. Use `ETS Trip Planner` for routes and schedules.
✦ UBER/LYFT/TAXI: Ride-sharing services are readily available and provide quick, hassle-free transportation. Download the `Uber` or `Lyft` apps or if you prefer taxis, `Yellow Cab` or `Co-op Taxi`.
✦ PERSONAL CAR: Ample street parking is available, along with designated spots on the driveway and inside the garage. The neighborhood is car-friendly with easy access to major roads nearby.

✦ This is the Main Floor of the home only. The basement suite has a private entrance and no access to the main floor unit, ensuring full privacy for both guests. The tenants live downstairs. More information can be found in the `Safety & Property` section of the listing.
✦NO AIR- CONDITIONING✦ This unit does not have air conditioning. AC is not common in Edmonton homes. The city`s climate typically doesn`t require it, however, it may get warm on occasion, therefore fans are provided for your comfort. PLEASE DO NOT book this unit if you are sensitive to heat.
✦ Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock on the front door of the private entrance. Codes will be provided to you after you book with us.
✦HOST INITIATED VERIFICATION✦ We are an API-connected software host, which means that in accordance with Airbnb’s terms of service, we are permitted to implement “offline fees” to collect a security deposit outside of the Airbnb platform. All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
✦ We have a verification process in place for all reservations. A $500 security deposit will be collected prior to check-in. This deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (provided there are no damages, missing items, etc.). A signed short-term rental agreement along with a valid ID is also required prior to your stay.
✦HOT TUB RULES✦ ▸ Open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM ▸ Registered guests only ▸ Shower before use to reduce oils, lotions, and dirt in the water ▸ No bubble bath, soaps, or oils—$500 drain fee if found ▸ Limit use to 30 minutes per session ▸ Quiet voices only — no loud music or yelling ▸ Only potty-trained children allowed ▸ No glassware near or in the hot tub ▸ Swimwear only—no regular clothing ▸ No food or drinks inside the tub ▸ Do not remove chlorine floater ▸ Use designated pool towels only ▸ Always replace the cover after use

✦EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT✦ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but we allow a 1-hour flexibility with 24-hour notice. A $35 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs, subject to approval, as its not always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we`ll notify you.
✦LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS✦ Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then either donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of forgotten items will incur a fee.
✦MAIL & PARCELS✦ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, please connect with a local post office to find out about renting a post office box. For bigger parcel deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible to retrieve mail or parcels on your behalf.
✦CANCELLATIONS✦ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire.
✦ Profiles with less than 4 stars cannot use instant booking, and such reservations may be cancelled if the reservation is confirmed through the system. New profiles without reviews will be manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.

The place was nice and clean. It was more like being at home and much more comfortable, and private, than staying in a hotel room. Close to the WEM was a great thing too as that is where we spent the majority of our vacation outings. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. And the hosts were always a text message away if needed. Thank You.
