The Space:

Sleep and Work- Both bedrooms are genuine doubles, each with its own dedicated desk lamp and chair ensuring a comfortable workspace for every guest. Both bedrooms include a clothes rail and plenty space for your suitcase. All beds are dressed with quality linens and soft furnishings for a restful night.

Live- The open plan lounge and dining area is designed for socialising featuring a plush corner sofa and a dining table that seats four. The space is bright with natural light creating a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day or to host a video call.

Cook and Refresh- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, air fryer, toaster and kettle allowing you to prepare full meals with ease. A separate utility room/ half bathroom includes a washer/dryer machine and drying rack to make laundry effortless during your stay with a convenient downstairs toilet in addition to the main full bathroom.

A proper welcome- Guests are greeted with a stocked tea and coffee tray including essentials like milk, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, even a cold beer to help you settle in immediately and wind down after work.

Access to the property is via lockbox with code provided on day of arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Location Set within a modern residential development, next to large open park areas. just a 20-minute walk from Edinburgh Royal Infirmary genuinely practical for staff without relying on hospital parking. Allocated parking bays run across the front of the houses, with plenty of space. Vans are no problem here, making this a practical option for contractors as well as hospital staff.

Nearby you will also find the Liberton Golf Club and the Craigmillar Castle and of course the many attractions Edinburgh city has to offer with the city centre a 20 mins drive away.



Getting Around:

Bus stops for local travel, supermarkets and take aways within a 10min walk. There is free parking at the property if you arrive by car. Edinburgh airport is 30 mins drive and the city centre is 20 mins away.
