This beautiful beachfront ground floor Victorian apartment is located right on the East Beach, North Berwick. Firth View is simply perfect for a family holiday or golfing break in East Lothian, with three spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. The apartment has been beautifully furnished and enjoys captivating views of The Firth of Forth. There is also a secure private courtyard and the sandy East Beach is just across the road.
Firth View is located on Marine Parade and is less than an 8 minute walk to the first tee of the renowned North Berwick Golf Club and a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The station is just a 20 minute walk away as well.
Sitting room The spacious sitting room, which enjoys wonderful sea views including the picturesque Bass Rock, has large comfortable sofas, decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV and Freeview.
Please note: Due to new licensing rules from the local council, the fireplace and logs are for decorative purposes only and are non-functional. Please do not attempt to light a fire.
Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a coffee machine. There is also a large dining table to seat up to 6 guests.
External Utility Room There is an external utility room, with sink unit, washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. The garden furniture is stored here and is an ideal location to store golf clubs.
Bedrooms 3 The master bedroom has stunning sea views, with a king size bed, beautiful en-suite shower room with walk in shower, W/C and wash hand basin. There is a hair dryer and diffuser provided.
2nd bedroom has two single beds and enjoys sea views.
3rd bedroom has two single beds and enjoys views of North Berwick Law.
Bathroom The family bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Garden Firth View enjoys a secluded courtyard garden, perfect for BBQs, and is accessed through the kitchen. To the front of the property there is a large grassed lawn and the beach is of course just over the road.
General Firth View is stunning and beautifully equipped, with all bed linen and towels provided. Complementary. WiFi is available throughout the property. Private parking for 2 small cars or one large. The shared driveway must be kept clear at all times. Please note that, if you are bringing more than 2 cars, public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day. Central heating and electricity are all included in the rental.

We strongly recommend checking current parking regulations in advance of your arrival. Book Firth View Now To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £300.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Excellent position, very spacious. Overall very good stay, just a few little things to stop it being top marks, like it looked like fridge hadn’t been cleaned prior to visit. The key safe was quite difficult to open and the en-suite little bathroom window couldn’t be closed.

This property is as listed….and so much more. Perfect location, beautiful views, and comfy beds. Within walking distance to everything in North Berwick. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great house, great location!
My husband and I and our “travel buddies” couple stayed in Firth View for the month of September 2024 and we loved it. The house is large enough for two couples to stay for that length of time and not feel crowded. The kitchen is nice and very homey. There is enough dinnerware and equipment to make meals, which we did about 50% of the time. The washer and dryer are in another building behind the kitchen, and the equipment is nice and up-to date. Plenty of starter cleaning products were included in the kitchen and laundry. The living room/lounge is very large and has a larger flat screen TV and plenty of seating.
The town of North Berwick (pronounced “Bear-ick”) is a perfect “landing place” if you are interested in exploring the East Lothian and Fife regions. The towns of Anthruster, St. Andrew’s, St. Monan, Gullane, and Dunbar are nearby and reachable with a car. The train line, which ends in North Berwick, connected us to Edinburgh and Glasgow, as well as other small towns. We rented a car and spent several days at Hadrian’s Wall in northern England. We were in this area for the golf courses, walking the John Muir Trail (yes, John Muir was born in Dunbar and lived in Scotland before moving to the western US!), exploring the beautiful coastline, and finding beautiful castles. Firth View was there waiting for us as our home for 4 weeks, and it delivered on all points.
