"I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated....

"Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs."
