The Powder Mountain free Shuttle picks up just a short walk from your front door. Powder Mountain is continuing to offer an uncrowded experience, just make sure to purchase tickets online in advance, especially for night skiing which sells out often.
The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open loft area with bunk beds. It sleeps 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and the condo has everything you need to make it your own cozy home in Eden.
The private deck looks out over the lovely patio springs creek area and there are no close neighbors behind the condo.
The open living area has a new couch with sofa sleeper and a 50 inch flat screen with Satellite TV and plenty of dining and lounging space.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs, featuring new dishes, cookware and basic essentials. You will find a main floor bedroom with a new queen bed, offering a new upgraded memory foam mattress that offers a walk out balcony with lounging furniture and amazing views of Nordic Valley Ski Resort, the BeaUtahful North Ogden Divide and famous Ben Lomond Peak above North Fork Park. Look to the south west and view the peaks at Snowbasin Ski Resort. Basin as known by the locals was named Ski Magazine's 2025 #1 Resort!
The second bedroom upstairs has a new queen bed and views of the mountains. The upstairs area also offers an open loft area that shares a full bath and includes a bunk bed with a twin above a double bed.
Ogden Valley including Eden and Huntsville is a year round adventure destination and is located 18 miles East of Ogden; 50 miles North of Salt Lake City and SLC International Airport; 45 miles North of Park City and Dear Valley.

Note: Trailer parking is not allowed at the condo and strictly enforced.

Paid Washers and dryers available at the community laundry room in building 6. Download the app to pay with your phone. They also accept quarters.
Condo will have plenty of towels for both bath and hot tub/pool. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the bathrooms. Enough paper towels and toilet paper for a couple of days.
Wood burning fire place, no wood is provided and extra charges may apply if extra cleaning is needed due to smell or ashes.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit all rent sums paid.
