The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, small refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.

There is an alcove with two 140 cm bunk beds.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror, and separate WC.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (due to construction work on the covered parking). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a designated access road.
