"Place was nice and was clean for the most part. Kitchen had plenty of things to cook breakfast and things. The only real problem was we have 6 people in our family and there was as a blow up mattress however it would not stay up though the night. My seven year old 40 lb daughter slept on it and every morning she was on the floor. There is no way 2 people could have slept on that mattress. I even asked about it because I read other reviews and was told it had been replaced but it was not."

"This rental was great! It is up in the mountains which allows for a much more relaxing environment. The home was spacious and well layed out. Close enough to get into town and to activity within 10 minutes or so. Will definitely book again on future visits"

"Location is within reasonable walking distance to everything, including the conference center. Multiple locations to eat nearby. Room is very clean. Outdoor pool was being renovated while we were there, but other than that, room was exactly as advertised. Only drawback was that I made multiple requests for the property owner to contact me prior to arrival because our organization is tax exempt. Never heard from them."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a great location with beautiful views of the river. It is within walking distance to the Island as well as lots of shops. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious enough for my family of 5. I look forward to booking again!"

"The unit it’s self was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The disadvantage was that the basic necessities that was supposed to get us started was really basic like a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and less than a half roll of paper towels in kitchen. The area to park was very small and it was very dingy and dirty looking going around the pool to go in to elevator. Water standing in area at elevator the whole time we were there."

"The condo is exactly as pictured. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The manager responded to me quickly when we arrived an hour early and let us go on in. Super thankful for that. It was close to the parkway but far enough away to not hear all the noise. I definitely recommend staying here."

"We had a great time in Gatlinburg and at this property - suited our needs just fine. It was clean and actually was better in person than in the pictures. If I may offer two minor suggestions: more hooks in bathroom for towels and another light in the bedroom. Besides that - it was great!"
