"Very nice clean comfortable room. We got in late, left early- so did not use amenities. Breakfast is not included. All luggage carts had flat wheels- which made winding on carpeted hallway to room very difficult. No staff available to help."

"The hotel itself was nice. We had an executive room with two queen Murphy beds a queen sofa sleeper and a king bed in its own room. T the Stone hill part of the property is separate from the rest of the property. The small kids pool was not open while we were there. Wilderness at the smokies has an indoor and outdoor water park that are included with your room. You have to drive down to them. They were great water parks.
