"Note that this is not a typical big hotel chain experience. This hotel is more of a quaint, boutique style hotel. As such there are minimal amenities. That being said, the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are modern and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the Parlor Bistro has really good food. One thing to note, is that I booked a King Suite with a pullout sofa bed on Expedia. That room type does not exist. When I got to the hotel they had a reservation for a single king...

"The property was dirty and smelly. We were interrupted in the middle of the night by guests who had been given a key to our room when checking in because the staff failed to make note that the room had been given to others. There was no management staff available to address the situation when we checked out in the morning and we were not offered a refund or reimbursement of any kind."
