"What a beautifully appointed vacation rental. We absolutely loved our charming studio in the Church Hill section of Richmond. It was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. David supplied all items needed for a seamless stay in this lovely section of town. Eateries recommended in his guide book were spot on. Will definitely pass along this info to friends & family."

"House was immaculate. The location is prime. With a bakery next door and a park just blocks away you can't beat this location. We were 2 miles away from the riverfront venue we were in town for. The neighborhood is safe and quaint. "

"The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, the AC wasn’t cooling properly. We contacted the host around 7:00 PM on a Friday—the hottest day of the year in RVA—and she immediately arranged for an AC technician. Remarkably, the tech arrived within 30 minutes and resolved the issue that evening. We really appreciated the quick action and dedication to guest comfort."

"Lovely property in a great location! House was clean and well-kept, and the back yard/patio was lovely! Enjoyed our stay in Church Hill and will hopefully be back next time we're in RVA. "

"Was provided parking pass and parked in correct lot. Recd 2 50 parking tickets. Requested assistance from host and was advised they had ceased relationship with parking vendor, albeit was provided parking pass. Was refunded for 1 of 2 ticket. Asked about WiFi PW and advised it was on back of router but may not work due to recent change. Correct - no WiFi. Location was 3 blocks away from what is posted on site. Actual location in a more unsafe area. "

"This little condo had everything I needed to enjoy my first trip to Richmond. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, great a/c. I enjoyed the wine and the water and coffee was a very thoughtful gesture. I am coming back to the show next year and will book at the Eileen. Parking was never an issue, so don’t worry about venturing out. In walking distance of great restaurants and some interesting historical sites."

"We had an excellent experience. Lynley, the property manager, was incredible. She responds immediately and takes care of the property very well. There were a few things that needed attention but very minor. It was not an upscale place, but very affordable and in a neighborhood with lots of families close together. It was the perfect location to lots of things to see and do in Richmond. "

"The neighborhood was quiet and it has nice food places around "

"The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. "

"Location AWESOME! Easy walk to VMFA and Carytown shops and restaurants! Charmingly renovated and decorated antique property Plenty of hot water for showers. Bedrooms are off the street and protected from traffic noise. Coffee and snacks generous and much appreciated Hope to stay here again! "

"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! "

"Host was prompt and provided great communication. Location was excellent for walking around the Fan District, visiting the museums, and walking to restaurants. Clean. Comfortable. Highly recommend!"
