"Traditional pub building in the middle of a village. The bar was full of local people having a good time but no noise made it through to the bedroom due to very thick walls. Nice room, clean, huge bed plenty of indirect lighting and enough power points. New en suite bathroom. Very friendly but unobtrusive staff. Excellent full English breakfast."

"The property as a whole was in poor condition and was not clean. The food was not very nice. It appeared to be from a food service company, just thawed, cooked and served. It is clear that the premises had not been subjected to a health and safety impact assessment. For example, the showers were in the bath and no non-slip mats were provided. This meant that having a shower was lethal, as was getting out of it as the floor was just lino. Generally hygiene was very poor. Outside toilets were...
