"I don't know if I missed that the property was a 4 plex? and that the unit we were getting was on the upper level. This was only a problem because my husband has walking troubles and stairs are a problem, he really couldn't help me carry anything up the stairs. Great location, nice having the little trail to Gooseberry Falls State Park right there, we took that as a little walk each morning. Beautiful place to stay, beds were comfortable. The signage was a little difficult to see, I only saw...

"We had a wonderful time staying here for our trip to Duluth. The house is divided into what I would call a duplex. We had the lower level and it was beautiful! There's a walk out patio to the back yard which overlooks the St. Louis river and it's very close to the Munger Trail. Our hosts were excellent! The plus side is that it's pet friendly which we were very happy about. It's so hard to find a vacation home that takes more than one dog. My labradors had the best time swimming in lake...

The neighborhood looks a little run down, but the location is great with restaurants and other amenities nearby. Only about 10 minutes from downtown Duluth and the North Shore. We definitely hope to stay here again. "

"Great location and amazing property perfect for family weekend getaway! Stayed with family of 6 and everything was within walking distance. Very cleanly rooms, fun bunk bed style setup and great communication from host. Condo setup with pool hotel access was a major hit!"
