The neighbors are friendly and mature. The neighborhood is great for walking or bike riding. You’ll be only 5 minutes from Dunkin, Starbucks, Target, movie theaters, Walmart and hundreds of other stores along highway 20 and JFK. Also 5 minutes to the millwork district, casinos, water park and the Mississippi River Museum. You will have 3 bedrooms, all with TV’s that have Netflix, Prime and Roku. 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi tub on the upper level with a spacious living room with fireplace, a large kitchen and a separate dining room on the main level. There is a big front and back yard with shade trees. There is a separate locked off in-law suite on the back side of the house that is also an ABnB and an owners suite in the basement. The front vestibule is a shared space where there is access to all 3 units. There is a shared laundry room in the basement also.
