Our penthouse apartment is situated on the second floor of villa! It has two bedrooms, living room with kitchen, two bathrooms and large balcony. Penthouse apartment is the most wanted apartment from our offer due to its position in building, comfort and beautiful view...

Like in other apartment s bedrooms are equipped with first class orthopedic mattresses, one bedroom has double bed 180x200 cm and another room has two single beds 90x200 cm each.

Living room and fully equipped modern kitchen are in the same room. From living room you can exit to balcony (40 m2) with the most beautiful view from villa.
One of the bathrooms (larger) is equipped with bath-tub Jacuzzi while another has shower cabin. Total size of penthouse apartment is 75 m2 and it has 4 star category. Apartment is modern and decorated with style equipped with new furniture, plasma TV, sat TV, air-conditioning, .
Penthouse apartment is ideal for family up to 4 members or 2 couples as it has capacity of 4 adult people.

It has a common barbecue grill and 3 shared terraces on the ground floor. A restaurant and a small bar are nearby.

Villa is only 15m from the beach, and at villa you can find terrace with a shade with summer kitchen and all our guests can use the large terrace and balcony at the first and second floor, together with the outside grill, which is a perfect place to be during the hot summer days, or to have a dinner. In the neighbourhood you can find two restaurants with Dalmatian and intercontinental food.

A unique long promenade, divides the bay into two places, Štikovica - Zaton Mali and Zaton Veliki (Small and Big Zaton). Veliki Zaton has a post office, bank, shops, bars and restaurants.
What you will not find in Zaton are large hotels and crowds, so if you are looking for a place to relax, you will certainly be delighted with Zaton.

The word "zaton" actually means a bay or a cove so it is well protected from winds coming come from the open sea. Zaton bay frames the villas of Dubrovnik aristocrats, old stone houses and embroideries for boats.

The end of path next to the sea marks the entrance to a small pine tree forest. Walking through the forest path leads to many hidden places with amazing landscape. The play of nature gets more interesting when you continue walking deeper into the forest.

The sea in this area is clean as in most of Adriatic.
Here you can enjoy various activities such as walking, jogging, diving, climbing, surfing and windsurfing.
