Super service i allt från transfer till/från flygplats till mottagande i lägenhet samt 5-timmars tur till Bosnien. Allt hanterat av Marko och hans team. Många trappor ner till gamla stan enda negativa men jättefin utsikt.

Throughout our travels through Croatia, this was our favorite place that we stayed! The views from the apartment were incredible, and the apartment was very clean and felt spacious compared to other places that we stayed on the trip. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. The apartment is very close in proximity to the Old Town, but just know that there are a lot of stairs to get there (~150 - we counted one time). There are stairs everywhere in Dubrovnik though, and we didn't mind the exercise. Marko was an incredible host - he communicated with us about our arrival ahead of time and helped us with bags and drove us to the airport (for an additional fee) when it was time to leave. There was a heavy rainstorm during one of the days that we were there, and Marko supplied us with extra umbrella which we were very grateful for!! I would absolutely stay at this apartment when visiting Dubrovnik!

This property exceed our expectations. The owner is polite, professional and extremely nice and communicative. The room is super clean, has tastefully upgraded and has all sorts of amenities for our comfort. The owner has helped us with arrangements for the airport transportation. We were super satisfied with our choice of stay.

Perfect Choice if u stay in Dubronvik
It was the best bed & breakfast apartment experience I've ever had, the location was great, the apartment was clean, host was helpful and friendly, nothing bad I can say Walk to Pile Gate is about 4 minutes, walk to public swimming Sulic is about 8 minutes

A few days before the trip to Dubrovnik, I contacted the owner MARCO who was very helpful from the start. He was very prompt on answering my queries which helped a lot (especially when visiting a foreign country). He arranged for our airport pick up (KOSTA - very nice guy) and his sister, Vedrana met us at the top of the street who led us to the apartment. She was very accommodating as well; a text away when needed. 
The apartment is less than 5 min walk from gate PILE. There are a few ways to get to the place all of which though I must say, involves stairs. But DUBROVNIK is all about stairs! So it’s a NORM to get from point A to point B using lots of stairs! 
The room is very nicely put together with a minimalist theme but very functional and chic. My friend and I stayed in this one bedroom apartment, used their pull up sofa for an extra bed. 
To me having an owner that is very involved, a nice and clean place to sleep and a beautiful scenic view of the country account to a very worthwhile and amazing vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik.

This property was perfect for our 3 day stay in Dubrovnik. The view was spectacular. All the extras (coffee, tea, milk, bread, condiments, cookies) were such a pleasant surprise. Not to mention the umbrellas at our door when we woke to a rainy day. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a very beautiful apartment and clean and close to the square. Just walk through a lot of steps. Marko is a very nice and helpful host. He helped us with our luggages. The only hard one is the steps when you go back to the room. But they have beautiful view of the walls and Fortress through the window. G

July 2022 stay at Cava
I arrived early (about 11:30) with Marko (owner of the flats) providing the transfer from the airport. Only had to wait about 15 minutes or so and was let into the flat early - greatly appreciated after a long flight from Canada. Flat was very clean, and even some supplies were on-hand so I wouldn't have to rush out to the supermarket to get a few things. Marko had wonderful suggestions for restaurants. Since it's Dubrovnik, you have to get used to walking up and down stairs, but the flat is really close to the Pile gate so it's very convenient. Would definitely return!

This was a wonderful apartment to stay in. Had plenty of amenities included which was very helpful when arriving after travel. The view from the apartment is wonderful and is located around 10 minute walk from the city walls. I highly recommend staying at this property especially for short stay visits.

Très bien situé. A coté de la vieille ville,2 minutes à pied. Marco notre hote était parfait.Il nous a bien reçu et nous a aidé à faire de notre séjour de 3 jours un moment formidable en nous fournissant des produits de base:café, pain, confiture, vin . Il nous a pris en charge au port à notre arrivée et reconduit à l'aéroport pour notre depart. En plus, il offre pour peu de frais la visite de Dubrovnik (en dehors des murs) qui est tres interessante. N'hésitez pas à loger à cet endroit.

The apartment is very clean, everything is new and there is enough space for you to feel comfortable. The location could not be any better. You are close to everything and can reach the old town within 3 minutes walking. The host is ULTRA kind, friendly, helpful and made sure the stay in the apartment was extremely good. If you find this apartment available for booking you don’t need to look for anything else. Book it immediatelly and I’m sure you’ll be very happy! Again thanks to the great host for the perfect stay!!!

Modern, well-supplied, well-decorated and spacious apartment just a couple of blocks outside the Pile Gate of Old Town. Comfy bed, great shower, nice view of the fortress and Adriatic. Marco was very helpful and also arranged our transportation to the airport. The stairs up to the apartment from the Pile Gate are no joke, my wife counted 139 of them, but Dubrovnik is stairs up and down everywhere (we took a taxi up the hill at least once).

Cava Apartments we’re amazing! Located about 7 minutes from the Old City walls, this renovated apartments were set quietly up on a hill with a view of the sea and the fortress. The room was clean and new. There was a coffee machine, stove, and mini fridge. The hosts were beyond nice. It was a great first stay in Dubrovnik. There are some stairs to get to the apartment from the city, but that’s everywhere in Dubrovnik. 10/10!!

We cannot say enough great things about Apartments Cava Dubrovnik and the owner, Marko. Even before we arrived, the communication was excellent. Marko picked us up from the airport and we had an excellent conversation. Once we arrived at the apartment, we were simply blown away. The view is absolutely stunning, the apartment is incredibly clean and modern with all the necessary amenities & very fast WiFi, and the location is just perfect for exploring the Old Town with just a short walk to the Pile Gate and loads of great restaurants. Throughout our stay, Marko checked in and was always willing to provide us with new towels, fresh sheets, new coffee, etc. When our flight was cancelled on our last day, Marko offered to help us out if we got stuck in Dubrovnik (thankfully we didn't get stranded), but that was really special and great of him to even have the courtesy to offer. When we come back to Dubrovnik, we will definitely be staying here again. Recommended to anyone looking for the best place to stay in Dubrovnik! We felt at home!

We stayed at Apartments Cava, mid October for 4 nights and we couldn't have had a better apartment! Beautiful rooms, nicely decorated, modern and situated in a quiet area close to the Old Town. Vedrana the owner and manager met us at the apartments. She was so lovely, friendly and fell over backwards to accommodate us. Waiting in the apartment for us was a wonderful coffee machine with quality coffee pods, tea, loaf of fresh bread, jams, a beautiful bottle of wine, several other bottles of local liquor to try if you wanted, also quality toiletries. We had an amazing view to wake up to each morning in our very comfortable bed with quality pillows. Makes a difference to your holiday when you get a good night's sleep! I can't recommend Apartments Cava and Vedrana enough as we felt very looked after! She even helped us get our phone chargers back as we left them plugged into the wall after we left. She contacted us straight away to let us know and arranged to give it to our driver the following day, who was also amazing! As there are a lot of steps leading down from the Apartments to walk into the Old Town, I would be mindful of this, but all the same it's not difficult unless you already have problems with climbing stairs. I would definitely stay here again should we return to Dubrovnik. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you Vedrana! ❤️

Climb every day!
The host Marko is very nice to pick us up at the airport, he and his sister are helpful to provide tips. Without his help it is quite hard to locate the place on your own if this is your first stop. The location is quite close to Pile Gate but the stairs leading up to it is tiring!!! The room is clean, live up to expectation, with a view of the Fort (that's why you have to climb). The kitchen facility is very good!

Hotelli sijaitsee melko jyrkkien rappusten päässä, mutta tämä oli tiedossa jo varausta tehdessä. Omistaja tarjosi kuljetuspalvelua kentältä, itse tulimme bussilla. Löytäminen voi olla hieman haastavaa, kannattaa tutustua huolella karttaan etukäteen, koska kujat kiemurtelevat aika tavalla ja hotelli ei mainosta millään kyltillä itseään. Omistaja oli vastassa, ja huone vastasi täysin kuvausta. Näkymä ikkunasta Pile portille ja merelle. Todella siisti, täsyin uudenaikainen ja hyvin varusteltu huoneisto. Keittiössä tuoretta leipää, murukahvia, teetä, paikallista likööriä ja jääkaapissa levitteitä, hunajaa, hilloja ja maitoa. Keittiö todella hyvin varusteltu, ja omistaja toi myös pullon viiniä tervetuliaisiksi ja näytti kartalta paikkoja joissa kannattaa käydä. Kylppärissä shampoot, saippuat, vartalovoiteet ja ylellisen paksut pyyhkeet. Omistajalle kannattaa soittaa, jos asiaa, vastaa huonosti t ei ollenkaan tekstiviestiin. Vahva suositus tälle paikalle. Ehdottomasti menisin uudestaan.

We stayed at Apartments Cava for 3 nights in room 2 and it was absolutely wonderful. Marko is such a responsive and hospitable host. He reached out to us prior to arriving and offered to pick us up at the ferry port free of charge. The actual apartment is newly renovated and has anything you could possibly need. There is a kitchenette that includes a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. Marko was kind enough to provide us with coffee pods, bread, cream cheese and jam, which we had for breakfast every morning before setting out to explore Dubrovnik. He also gave us a welcome bottle of wine upon arrival. The room is spacious and the TV includes Netflix. The location is perfect with a breathtaking view of the Lovrijenac Fortress. It is right outside of the Old City walls which provides some privacy and quiet. The walk to the Old City is less than 5 minutes and very convenient. Although there are a lot of stairs, you will encounter that anywhere you go in Dubrovnik. In general, we had a wonderful stay and Marko was an excellent host. We will without a doubt stay here again the next time we return to Dubrovnik.

Perfect for Dubrovnik old town
It is a GREAT place to stay. The host came down to pick us up at the port, free of charge and brought a bottle of wine for the first day. The apartment is newly renovated in great conditions. The bed is really comfortable and AC is quiet and works perfectly. There are a lot of storage places and all the details are throughly thought through. The place is in a really quiet area and my room had a garden and sea view. The location is perfect to go around the old town, though you have to prepare to climb stairs. I’m not a super fit person but it was ok. The whole city has so many stairs so if you are planning to stay in a private accommodation, you can’t avoid stairs. Highly recommend this place.

This apartment is an ideal location for visiting.
From the initial contact to us leaving the contact with the owner and his sister was wonderful. The taxi dropped us as the exact point and we were met and taken down the steps to the apartment. A modern stylish apartment with the most amazing view of the old town. All amenities were provided and then some. Bottles of local olive oil, vinegar, cheeses and a loaf of bread were waiting for us. We were also given a local bottle of red wine which was excellent. A comfortable bed and fantastic shower with the option of a large overhead shower or a hand held movable shower spray.

Amazing. Staffs are supe responsive and Vedrana was awesome! She came to the main street to navigate us to the apartment and helped us to plan all visits during the stay. It's always great getting information from local. Welcome amenities are very thanksfull and interrior of the apartment is beautiful. More than that, the view from the apartment is amazing. They should put a better photos. We really enjoyed stay.

크로아티아 최고의 숙소!
듀플렉스 2베드룸에 묵었었고 다른방과 떨어져서 찻길가에 있습니다 차가 지나가는 소리가 조금 나긴 하지만 크게 신경 쓰이진 않았구요 룸컨디션은 크로아티아 여행2번중 최고의 컨디션입니다 모든것들이 깨끗하고 어메니티며 와인, 잼, 빵, 드롱기까지 없는게 없어요~ 다락에 침대까지 3개가 있어 가족 숙소로 추천합니다! 단 올드타운 필레게이트에서 계단을 오르내려야 합니다. 저희는 2살 아기가 있어 올드타운 갈때는 내리막길을 통해서 플로체게이트로 내려갔다 올라올때는 필레게이트에서 계단을 통해 왔습니다 올드타운에는 이정도의 룸컨디션이 잘 없고, 올드타운밖에는 여기보다 더 계단을 올라야하는곳이 많습니다~ 다음 3번째 크로아티아 여행때도 꼭 여기 묵을겁니다!
