"The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy"

A opção que nos deram era trocar de quarto que tinha somente uma cama King (não era uma alternativa boa pra nós) e ainda a TV não funcionava. Outra que nos ofereceram era tomar banho nesse outro quarto (do outro lado do prédio) e depois voltar para dormir no nosso quarto. Como percebemos o lance do chuveiro somente depois da festa de casamento, já era de madrugada e iriamos embora na manhã seguinte,...

"The place I usually stay (Fairfield by Marriott) was sold out, so I picked this one (ESA) as a back up for one night, bc it was close by. Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. "The room was a nonsmoking room, but all of our clothes smell like stale smoke. Our refrigerator did not work. We told the staff upon arrival, and they said someone would look at it. Never happened. There were 2 flimsy pillows on the bed, and the towels were small and thin. The best part of the room was the shower. The water was hot and the pressure really good. It’s a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. We would probably not stay there again."

"Unfortunately, a big part of the reason we wanted the hotel was the pool. It was on and jets were moving but it was closed. We went for breakfast, and unfortunately everything was either unavailable or they couldn’t modify (make something without honey) so we walked to Starbucks.
