"não havia água no chuveiro, portanto não pudemos tomar banho durante nossa estadia no Days Inn. A opção que nos deram era trocar de quarto que tinha somente uma cama King (não era uma alternativa boa pra nós) e ainda a TV não funcionava. Outra que nos ofereceram era tomar banho nesse outro quarto (do outro lado do prédio) e depois voltar para dormir no nosso quarto. Como percebemos o lance do chuveiro somente depois da festa de casamento, já era de madrugada e iriamos embora na manhã seguinte,...

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy"

"the building is extremely old, they put me on the third floor and there is no elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage through the stairs, the shower is very small, when someone else showers next door the hot water cuts off, the bed was very comfortable but the ceiling was very low and close to the headboars. The restaurant food and service is great but doesn't make it up for the rest of the inconveniences."

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. "Once we arrived, check in was all virtual done in app. We got to the room and it was dirty, crumbs and hair strewn everywhere. We contacted front desk and she was nonchalant about it and offered no sympathy. We were expecting to use the pool when we arrived, this was the main reason we booked at this location. "The place is definitely beautiful, but the staff is awful. We waited on the counter for 25 minutes and nobody was around. The room did not have a remote control for the TV and you could not call from the phone to the front desk It was and Neil sticking out of the carpet that my wife stepped right in it. We put a table on top of it and told the staff when we checked out. Breakfast is the cheapest plastic silverware with paper plate Absolutely terrible"

"This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"
