"não havia água no chuveiro, portanto não pudemos tomar banho durante nossa estadia no Days Inn. A opção que nos deram era trocar de quarto que tinha somente uma cama King (não era uma alternativa boa pra nós) e ainda a TV não funcionava. Outra que nos ofereceram era tomar banho nesse outro quarto (do outro lado do prédio) e depois voltar para dormir no nosso quarto. Como percebemos o lance do chuveiro somente depois da festa de casamento, já era de madrugada e iriamos embora na manhã seguinte,...

"the building is extremely old, they put me on the third floor and there is no elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage through the stairs, the shower is very small, when someone else showers next door the hot water cuts off, the bed was very comfortable but the ceiling was very low and close to the headboars. The restaurant food and service is great but doesn't make it up for the rest of the inconveniences."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy"

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. "No microwave in my room, even though the pictures on their website show one. The front desk informed me only suites have a microwave. The elevator had the control panel hanging askew with many missing bolts, my bathroom had broken and loose tile, the shower water valve spun 360 degrees and was almost impossible to adjust, and no free breakfast. $6 for a muffin?? Lastly, I had to checkout at 5 am. I waited at the front desk for about 2 minutes before a woman popped out of the office and loudly...

Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. "Terrible stay. Would not come back. Everything was fine until we arrived and were told the hotel Wi-Fi was down. We stayed for three days, and the Wi-Fi was still not working by the end of the trip. That meant no reliable internet the entire stay, and since my phone only had one or two bars in the room, I could barely stream anything or use my phone properly either. On top of that, the key cards were extremely temperamental. I had to get my room keys redone four different times. Staff...

"The room was a nonsmoking room, but all of our clothes smell like stale smoke. Our refrigerator did not work. We told the staff upon arrival, and they said someone would look at it. Never happened. There were 2 flimsy pillows on the bed, and the towels were small and thin. The best part of the room was the shower. The water was hot and the pressure really good. It’s a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. We would probably not stay there again."
