"I would give this place a 4.5. It was very nice. Check in was super easy. The place was very comfortable and clean, but slightly worn. Unfortunately, the cookware needs upgrading because the teflon pans were scratched beyond usability. That's probably my biggest complaint because the kitchen is the biggest perk to renting a house (in my opinion). "

"There aren’t very many options of places to stay while you’re in Murphy’s unless you want to go into Angels Camp or Arnold, but I do think that of the options available this one is a better option. "Staying here made for an easy trip with our family, including a 2 year old and 8 year old. Three bedrooms are on roughly the same level as the entrance, which made it easier for my mom to get around. Everything was comfortable. The front room has great sofas for lounging and is more spacious than photos show. Highly recommend! "
