"So walkable to the beach and to the main streets. And to have a garage for the car was awesome.I sent messages three times and called, leaving a voicemail to ask a question and got no response. I'm glad there wasn't a bigger issue."

"The cottage was lovely. We visted San Diego Zoo, Silver Strand State Beach, Eco Glo pedal boats, San Juan Capistrano. Communications w/the host were excellent. We took advantage of food recommendations in the binder left inside the cottage. Very convenient for airport access."

"Clean property in a quiet neighborhood, comfy amenities, location close to restaurants, beach, and attractions in SD. Owner was very helpful and attentive. "

"About 10 min walk from beach shores, walkable restaurants and coffee shops, parking in the back so you don't have to worry about finding packed street parking, quiet neighborhood, great place to stay!"

"Small clean unit. 2 on one side, 4 on the other. Would recommend if you don't rent a car. Street parking is terrible"

"The cottage was very cute and very affordable. It says that 8 could stay there, but I wouldn't recommend any more than 6. The common areas were a little crowded when we had all 6 guests out there. There is room for parking for 2 vehicles but any more than that, including having guests visit, would be very difficult as street parking is very crowded. There is a lot within a 1/2 mile or so and we walked everywhere. Shelter Island is about a mile away and were able to walk there to see the...

"Nice open living space. Clean linens and kitchen. Great space for a family! The home is close to the airport and freeway, and you can hear traffic, but it wasn't an issue as all. The kids loved watching the planes land."

"This property is super nice, clean, and conveniently located to so many attractions. You must be prepared for beach town vibes ( which we love). The property is located right next to the cutest barbershop, and nestled among an eclectic mix of businesses. The only downside was parking. Be prepared to pay for the public parking lot. That said, we had a wonderful stay and the owner was very communicative and friendly. "

"We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...

"We enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect and there was even a dog bed, toys, and a water dish filled with water waiting for us when we got there. Within walking distance to lots of dog friendly restaurants and within a 10-15min drive to all the things we wanted to do in San Diego, including an off leash dog beach. Would stay here again."

"It was a great little place to stay! Of course we were there when it was really hot, so AC would have been nice, but overall the experience was great. "

"This was the perfect location for our family adventure to San Diego. Walking distance to everything…beaches, restaurants, stores. Also very close to Sea World! Also a really cute cozy space for our little fam! "

"The house was even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed, and Susan was quick to help with a couple extra needed kitchen items. The proximity to Dog beach and Ocean beach was awesome! The look, feel, and comfort of the place was so worth the price. We loved it! "
