I asked the young lady if there was a bathroom on the first floor and she answered “don’t you have a bathroom in your room?” Well of course but can I make it there is the question. I have been to plenty of Comfort Inn’s but this one was by far the worst. "

"Very clean! From the moment we walked in to getting settled in the room. We checked it all out to make sure it was clean and it was. It is a newer hotel and we felt comfortable staying there for two nights. We will say again when we visit next time"

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated, smelled heavily of smoke, and looked poorly maintained. They say renovations are happening, but it wasn’t noticeable. I would not recommend booking here."

"We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. "

"Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. "The room was very nasry and dirty upon arrival. And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator. "room was absolutely disgusting. you get what you pay for. the floor was nasty and greasy. stains on the bed sheets and towels. the bed had a couple short hairs that was NOT mine. the bed frame was broken and the nightstands connected to the bed frame broke off when i sat at the end of the bed. the phone wasn’t even connected to anything. just for decoration. never again. very important you check the reviews before booking!!! "
