I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie. "Staff was helpful at check in. Staff at the bar were friendly and helpful with suggestions. The food from the bar was okay, chicken wings were delicious! The other appetizers were not good at all. The jacuzzi tub has seen its better days, needless to say we didn't use it. Molding in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The one light in the bedroom didn't work. There were stains on the cushions, carpet was ripped up in places. I could go on, but there is only so much space. "
