However, we were not notified in advance that the hotel is under renovation, so the hallways, elevators, lobby and the lobby seating were COVERED in drywall bits, construction dust, and debris! Like they aren't even making an effort to clean up at end of day. Upstairs the hallways were dusty, phones were unplugged, workers gloves were tossed around. "Very clean! From the moment we walked in to getting settled in the room. We checked it all out to make sure it was clean and it was. It is a newer hotel and we felt comfortable staying there for two nights. We will say again when we visit next time"

"Parking was safe. Room was clean but water on the bathroom floor. Staff were polite. On the purchase of Room, I also purchased breakfast but wasn’t given a ticket and they were trying to make me pay for breakfast again that morning so make sure you get your ticket. "

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated, smelled heavily of smoke, and looked poorly maintained. They say renovations are happening, but it wasn’t noticeable. I would not recommend booking here."

"We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. "

"Had a very nice stay. Facility is fairly new, very clean, quiet, and staff were all great. Close to restaurants and I-20, but tucked away in a very quiet spot and seems very safe and secure for your vehicle. Bonus is that it is very economically priced and far better than I expected for the price. When I'm back in Augusta this is where I'll stay. Very satisfied."
