"First time staying at this property and was a great experience. It's in the same building as the Dewey Beach Yacht Club in the Marina (We weren't sure if we staying in a room or on a boat at first lol). We got in a little early and we were able to get in the apt at 3:30 instead of 4pm. Property was as described and very clean. Looked like it had been remodeled, although the ceiling looked like it some had noticable water damage in the past as joints were peeling and the 2nd BR had a small hole...

"Very nice property. And responsive host.Pet friendly but no fenced yard, but the neighborhood is very walkable and many many others walk their dogs. Very clean, nicely stocked with essentials, towels, etc. Multiple adults may find the second and third bed less appealing as one is definitely more kid focused as a bunk bed. The location is excellent for quick access to major convenience like Walmart, wawa, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, and if the mood strikes and you want the chaos...

"The property was lovely and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook at home if you didn't feel like heading out to eat. There was also some beach equipment, coolers, and even bikes available by the owner for use if you didn't bring your own.The owner left a book with helpful information about nearby locations as well as explaining the trolley and parking system in the area which was valuable to someone who wasn't local. Plenty of towels...

"This property is well cared for and that shows in the hospitality of the host. House has everything you need! Close proximity to the pool and pier make fun days for kids! Quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants, shops, etc. 100% recommend!"

He gave us restaurant ideas, parking spots for the beach, got us an early check-in, and was always able to communicate easily with.The house itself was perfect.
