Not comfortable for adults. 0.3 miles which is 6 minutes to the beach by walk. Very convenient. No swimming pool access which belongs to...

Unfortunately when we arrived it was apparent we could not safely use the ramp with a wheelchair or rollator because it was too steep. Also the showers did not have grab bars nor a safety mat in the stall, and towel racks were too high. "
