Welcome to your vacation home in highly desirable Cape Shores community! This renovated, four-bedroom home is only 2 houses (<1 minute walk) away from the brand new (2024) pool! Also, just a short walk (5 houses) to the beach, tennis & pickleball courts, and state park. Only 0.15 mile to Cape Henlopen State Park with miles of sandy Atlantic Ocean beaches, biking and hiking trails, surfing, fishing, frisbee golf, nature center, and wildlife - including great bird-watching, and more! Wake-up and take a walk or run through the park on the extensive trail network - you can actually get all the way to Rehoboth Beach entirely on the trails!

Cape Shores is the only waterfront community in Lewes with a pool, private fishing pier, & tennis/pickleball courts.

You will be delighted with all of the living space and outdoor decks. From the front entry, a large dining area sits to the right. Further into the house, a large kitchen and family room are adjacent to one of the open decks. A half bath on your way to a queen bedroom with full bath complete the space.

The second floor has a king master bedroom with full bath, two more bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The kids will love the bedroom with the bunkbeds!! The final bedroom contains a trundle bed with a single up top plus a second single in the pull-out trundle.

For stays in the cooler months there is a gas fireplace, and for summer months there is a grill connected to the home propane.

In the epoxy coated garage you will find 2x beach trollies with 6x Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella and beach toys for your enjoyment. There is a kayak for your use in the bay, as well as multiple bicycles for getting around the neighborhood.

Sheets, bath and beach towels are not included in the daily rate. Guests have the option to bring their own, or I can provide a convenient and rental option that includes drop-off and pick-up. Feel free to reach out any time for details - I will provide after booking as well.

While we do love pets, they are not permitted at this property.

Guest occupancy of 10 assumes at least 2 children sleeping in upper bunks. If only adults, the house can accommodate 8 guests (2 guests in King suite, 2 guests in Queen suite, 2 guests in trundle room, 2 adults in lower bunks). Reach out with any questions or to clarify details!
