"This was my second time to stay here. Great property, great communication, great location. It’s close to everything Fayetteville has to offer, but not in the mix of all the traffic and congestion. "

"This place was just great. So many places in walking distance. It was very clean and well kept. Right in the middle of downtown. You really wont need to drive much at all. Within walking distance of the square amd dickson street. We had a great time."

"What a unique getaway- from the professional welcome treat, to the sophisticated decor and appliances, to the ready to go smores jar for the fire pit. There is not enough room here to list all the great touches. We loved the animals and furnished treats to feed them. Thank you to the host for this needed refreshing stay. Would come again."

"Check in and out was very simple: Plenty of space for everyone my son and his friends loved the bunkhouse space. The kids enjoyed the lilly pad and kayaks at the docks. "

"The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Tabatha responded quickly to resolve a weather related internet issue when we first arrived. I enjoyed running the Merlin Bird ID app on my phone on the back deck several mornings to identify the numerous bird calls coming from the large trees behind the house. The front and back door alarms were helpful when our toddler grandson visited. We would definitely stay again."

"On very rare occasions I will stay at a VRBO and wish I could give 6 stars! This property in one of those times. Everything is as described or honestly even better than described. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fayetteville if this property is available. As others have also noted, the communication is excellent. If you book this property, consider yourself VERY fortunate! "

"Great time, Went to Graduation at University and other than a gravel road and driveway (a bit hard to navigate)it was perfect. Everything we needed."

"We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed a fun family game that was provided. The bedrooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was only one TV in the living room, but it was perfect for movie nights. The A/C worked great and kept the whole place cool. The washer and dryer were a big plus—they allowed us to keep our clothes fresh throughout the trip. There’s only one bathroom, but it was clean and nicely maintained....

"The property was very convenient to the campus (easy walk), restaurants and a very short drive to the grocery store. It was very clean and I felt better than what the pictures showed. During our stay there was some construction that made entry/exit a bit confusing but I’m sure that will be resolved soon and isn’t the fault of the property managers."

"It was nice and clean. The backyard had a nice seating area where we could chill and have our morning coffee.It wasn't a far drive or uber ride to the game or downtown area."
