Step into our cozy home away from home in the heart of SoFay (South Fayetteville)! Our large living area features plush seating, a desk, and a 55-inch Smart TV. When you're not indulging in Fayetteville's awesome food scene, you'll be able to whip up your favorite dishes in our fully stocked kitchen with dining space for 4. Through our living room there is also a small patio with seating to enjoy the fresh air.



When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 2 beds:

(1) The primary suite features a Queen bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. Please note that there is a gap between the vaulted ceiling and the top of the bedroom wall where it connects to the living room.

(2) There is a Queen-size pull-out couch in the living room.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew.



Getting Around:

Located near the downtown square, one block from U of A. Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet friendly.

★ The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, accessible via exterior staircases on both sides of the building.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
