"In every regard, Harvest Inn exceeded my expectations. Really quiet rooms. Clean, large room. Location near restaurants, grocery store and convenience store. Staff friendly and helpful. Variety of wholesome items for breakfast included with stay. Also, the "HI" is a couple of blocks away from main road, so no traffic noise at this property. "My stay was good until checkout day. The owner went away for a few days but never made arrangements for anyone to plow her driveway and the night before my departure we got over 8" of snow and her driveway is a hill and I couldn't get out. I texted her but didn't get any response for over an hour and by then I had paid for someone to plow me out. I think if you rent out your rooms in the winter, you need to be prepared for snow and have someone on standby so your guests can get out. "

"Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. "

"stayed at the house for 2 nights this past week. my gf and i got to the area about 30 minutes earlier than the actual check-in time and i contacted the host if it would be ok to check in at the time. the host was very generous and let us in. great way to start the trip. the place was very clean and well maintained. screen projector was super useful. also, a great location if you like hiking and plan to visit wineries. what i liked the most was the atmosphere. fresh clean air and the quietness....

"We stayed at this lovely historic apartment while visiting our daughter who recently moved to Poughkeepsie. She stayed one night with us and loved it. The space was perfect for the 3 of us and our dog. Entry was easy, even w/ the emporium closed. Ingrid allowed us to enter at noon (her suggestion), which was much appreciated after taking the overnight flight from Seattle to New York. "Our host, John, went above and beyond. There were beautiful fresh Lily's and pistachio cream chocolates for us in the bedroom. Coffee pods, bottled water, seltzer & creamer in the fridge. Nice fluffy towels for the walk in shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great place to stay if you are attending an event at the R&W farm. Thank you again for everything."
