Sandy was amazing at check-in — she solved an issue we truly didn’t think could be fixed, and she did it with so much kindness and professionalism, even though we were initially frustrated with the situation. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The entire staff has been incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Overall, we’re very impressed and grateful for the experience."

"O Hotel é bom, porém o atendimento foi muito ruim. No primeiro dia não conseguimos tomar café da manhã, pois além de ser fraco, no final não tinha mais nada. No segundo dia cheguei as 09:40 e já estava fechado(balcões dos produtos sem nada) já haviam recolhido, fui reclamar com a cozinha e pedir algo, e nos foi negado, inclusive tentei reclamar na recepção e não fui atendido, além de ser mal tratado pela recepecionista que estava no atendimento do dia 19/07 as 09:45hs. Também não fomos avisados...
