"The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc."

"Our family of 8 loves this property, the kids didn’t want to leave. The hot tub and pool are a fun perk. I love a place where I can cook homemade meals and the outdoor kitchen is excellent. This is not our first stay and probably not our last when we return to the area again. Highly recommend for families"

"Room was dirty. Floor dirty, bathroom dirty, stains in bedding, stains in window curtains. Shower unit has scalding hot water, couldn’t even stand in the water. Toilet didn’t flush well. This place is a dump. Also had some part going on in the parking lot past midnight. Don’t recommend this place at all."
