"We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The house was good size for large groups. Looking forward to renting next year."

"We couldn’t get into the apartment. There was NO host we could communicate with!!!! No parking area. And on a Very nosy intersection. Worst experience ever "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the 12th street retreat! We came in town for our daughter’s graduation! The house was very cozy and it had everything we needed! The hostess was very attentive! I would rate it 10/10. If you come to Tifton, give it a try! Very well decorated!! "

"Wonderful place to stay! The apartment was completely remodeled and updated. I loved the thoughtful touches of the old fashioned door knobs set in the new doors, and the brick exposed step leading to the bedroom, which remain true to the character of the building. We enjoyed being right in town so we could walk to the shops, the coffee shop, and Three Crazy Bakers was less than a block away, and it was delicious. We brought desserts home with us. We will stay here again!"

"The house was spotless. The hosts thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Snacks were provided including some tasty banana oatmeal bread! Definitely recommend!"

"My family was here due to illness of my brother. Was only 1-2 miles from hospital which was perfect for us. Five senior adults stayed comfortably. "

"I literally grew up on that land. property was right down the road from the house i grew up in. it brought back a ton of memories and I got the chance to fish in pond with my 2 sons that Ive fished in countless times as a kid. property itself was amazing, perfect setting for that "country" life. will definitely be re-renting when i go visit family again. (wonder if property is for sale...)"

"We were in town for a funeral and needed a place to stay for a couple days. This VRBO was impeccably clean and on a very quiet road. The extra towels available were wonderful as well. We felt very safe here. "

"We mainly just needed a place to sleep a couple of nights since we were in town for car show and this place turned out to be perfect. Exactly as shown, clean and quiet area. Would absolutely consider this unit again if it's available when we come through. Thank you!"
