Be our guest at our charming 2 bedroom suite located on the entire second story of this lovely home. The VRBO is attached to the larger part of the house and is privately separated by a locked door. Located just off of I-75 exit 62 in Tifton and includes 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a comfortable futon that opens to become a twin bed. Enjoy our kitchenette with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, & other small appliances and dining area. Full stairwell with baby gate provided.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The space
Come stay in our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath VRBO 2nd story suite. Offering you privacy as this home is divided from the downstairs main home. A family lives on the 1st floor, so some noise may be heard. Quiet hours are 11pm-6am. Accessible through its own private entrance with a wifi smart lock, this home ensures convenience and security.

The living room/ kitchenette area includes a futon that transforms into a twin bed, a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, Air fryer, Griddle, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Also provides a dining area to enjoy meals.

One bedroom features designated workspace perfect for office seeking travelers. Iron & ironing board are also provided.

We’ve added USB lamps to both bedside tables for your convenience that can charge multiple phones, tablets, or other devices all at the same time. Please enjoy the sound machine in each bedroom for added comfort & sound privacy!

The bathroom has a shower/tub and is stocked with fresh white towels. Under the sink you will find hair dryer, potty training seat, & First Aid Kit.

Outside you can relax on the 3 seater swing to enjoy peaceful nature from the front of the home.

You can access the entire 2nd floor of this home from the front door of the home. Park on the right side of the home in front of the green small bushes below the double windows. Instructions for the smart lock will be sent after booking. This entry opens to a flight of stairs that lead up to the second story where you will find the two bedrooms and bathroom.
You can check in by using the private lock code provided in your ‘Check In’ message from your hosts.
Other things to note
There is not a door to block the stairs from the top, but there is a baby gate for the safety of little ones.

As you enter the home there is a locked door on the left that separates the VRBO from the rest of the home.

We have locked 2 closets and small door attic for extra cleaning supplies. Please do not attempt to open those doors upstairs.
