The barn includes a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and custom closets, along with a full modern bathroom designed with both style and comfort in mind.

Enjoy four private hiking and biking trails that wind through the property, offering endless opportunities to explore, relax, and reconnect with the outdoors. NOTE: This is South Georgia; it's hot and humid in the summer. It's also very rural, and wildlife and bugs are plentiful. It's not uncommon to see deer, wild turkey, rabits, and armadillos.

Nashville, Georgia, often called the “City of Dogwoods,” is a small, welcoming town that blends Southern charm with a relaxed, hometown feel. Its historic downtown is anchored by a beautiful 100-year-old courthouse surrounded by quaint shops, local cafés, and friendly faces. Visitors can enjoy seasonal festivals, admire blooming dogwood trees in spring, and explore nearby outdoor spots perfect for fishing, hiking, or picnicking. Just a short drive from I‑75, Nashville offers a peaceful getaway where you can slow down, savor local flavors, and experience genuine Southern hospitality. The property is very secluded but a short 6-minute drive to town or a 15-minute bike ride.

There is no public transport.

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.



Note: This property has a full-time staff member that lives on the property in a separate dwelling.



Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and security deposit.



In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00. Note:

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights.

*Reservations from Bookxxg will require the $500 refundable security deposit.



Other things to note:



**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service, and pest control management that may come during your stay.



** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring the front door, common spaces outside, and the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area, and no recording takes place.
