"Everything was not bad overall. The room was clean, the staff were nice, breakfast was decent, and the beach view was enjoyable."

"Oitmo hotel... Estacionamento perto e gratis. "

"Everyday the bar would either run out of some form of alcohol and ice, and instead of going to get replenishment themselves they would suggest to go check in another bar which I believe is poor customer service. As much as the food was great over half the food had no labels so was difficult to know what was key ingredients for the dishes which is a issue if you have allergies (was not asking for a list of ingredients but just to know what a dish is) and due to language barrier this was...

"Conviniently located within the walls of the old city walls, We enjoyed our stay much more than we did staying at the best hotel in the area, We especially liked the peace and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were quite accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Very nice room, the bed was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!"

"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one."

"Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked...
